Refund Policy

Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Unless otherwise required by law, subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable.

If a billing error occurs, or if we determine that a refund is appropriate, refunds may be issued at our discretion.

Cancelling your subscription prevents future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments.

How Refunds Are Processed

Subscription billing is handled through Stripe Managed Payments, with Link shown to customers as the Merchant of Record.

Where a refund is approved, it is returned through the original payment method.

Purchases From a Business That Uses Makseb

If you bought something from a business that uses Makseb, through its website, its booking page, or in person, that purchase is a transaction between you and that business.

Makseb is not the seller, and refunds for those purchases are governed by that business's own refund policy.
